How do I change my credit card information?
For security reasons, we do not keep your CC information on file, so if you need to change your CC information, please fill in a contact us ticket and we will send you a secure link where you can make this change yourself.

How and when are commissions paid?
Our preferred commission payment method is PayPal and we pay those commissions every Friday.  You will get all the money you are owed whether it is 45 cents or $400 and we pay the processing fees from PP, so you will get 100% of the payment.  We can also pay via check, however we only pay checks monthly and there is a $3 processing fee for each check we send you.

Can I import leads into the AR?
No, you cannot import leads or manually add leads into your Autoresponder because most leads sold on the Internet are sold multiple times and only result in spam complaints which will reflect poorly on the AR.  Our AR is one of the best on the Internet and has an excellent delivery percentage because of this rule.  Anyone attempting to add leads manually will be caught by the system as we have measures in place to protect our clients from abuse by anyone.

Can I export my leads if I ever want to quit 12SC?
Yes, you can export your leads if you are a paying client and there is a link in your AR that will allow you to do this.  Free members cannot export leads as this protects the integrity of the system from abuse.

How can I join the 12SC Social Community?
Click here to join the 12SC Social Community.  You will need a picture of yourself and your 12SC affiliate URL in order to join the community.  You can get your affiliate URL by clicking on the affiliate link on the left tool bar and then on the affiliate overview link on that page.

How often will my payment process?
Your payment will process every 30 days, not monthly.  For example of you joined on July 31, your next payment will process on August 30 as that is 30 days and then it will process again on September 29.  The payment will move by a day or two each month depending on the number of days in the month, so please keep this in mind.

How can I find a list of training classes?
Click on the conference center link on the left tool bar and then on the conference schedule link to view our schedule.  You can also subscribe to our conference reminder service so you will receive an email the day of each conference.

How do I know who my sponsor is?
Click on the affiliate area link and the on the affiliate overview link and you will see your sponsors name and email address there.  You must have your affiliate account setup before you will see this.

Can I change sponsors?
You can only change sponsors if you have a good reason and your sponsor will have to contact us directly to authorize the move.

If I quit 12SC, can I come back later?
You must wait 6 months before you can get another account as this protects the affiliates from abuse.

How do I cancel my account?
Click on the cancel link at the top of your main 12SC member page and we will wish you the best.  Please make sure if you want to quit, that you give us at least 72 hours notice before your next payment processes so we have time to stop the processing of your credit card.  There are no refunds for payments that process before you cancel.
